  1. Drones!!!!!

  2. Where is the video

  3. Cant tell without pic or vid

  4. With almost every person carrying a smartphone with a good camera, why are we still having reports not accompanied by pictures or videos?

  5. I’ve seen more than one and various places in the sky. Have looked at them through the telescope as well where they are violet and red, not drones, but very difficult to take pic properly. I am going to try set up a long exposure with a big lens to capture the movement if I can see them in Ysies this weekend. I am based in Bothasig and have spotted them constantly for about 2 weeks. 2 nights ago there was a super bright one just over Durbanville hills. Even if these are man-made, they are absolutely beautiful to look at.

  6. Saw the same thing last night. This is about the 4th time we’ve seen it. We looked at it through Binouclars, probably not the right thing to use. A good Telescope would do, however what we saw was beautiful. Not a drone, but not a star. Why arent we getting answers about this! It’s really something amazing to look at. The colours are so beautiful. I’d love to know what the hell is going on!

  7. I saw two bright huge objects going from super bright to almost invisible just next to the moon they appeared to look massive. They stayed there. Some minutes later another similar bright object was on the other side of the sky. I got this on camera with my phone and was so stunned I tried then and there to look up who I could call or notify as this was no ordinary sighting. The very next night about 11.15pm in pinelands there was one super big one only. It was a matter of seconds as I got into the uber and looked up to see a luminous green light going through the sky. And the object next to the moon had disappeared. ….. could somebody help me out with this??? I have footage not brilliant as with phone but you can clearly see the large round size of water it is and how it moves about.

  8. I have seen something similar, on several occasions…there is one in front of Table Mountain above Rondebosch….always in the same place & very bright. It tends to bright and dim and sometimes looks a little green when dimming. The strange thing is that it sits there for hours and then spontaneously just goes out. There is another one right above Table Mountain (Kirstenbosch region), that also sits there for hours. It is super bright and also stays in the same place for hours and then spontaneously just switches off. There was one time though that I was watching it, it was quite high and then slowly moved down in a straight line and then just went out. I find this very perplexing since I thought drones don’t stay in the same place for a long time and weather baloons aren’t visible at night…have pics but can’t post on this feed
